Exchange and Return policy

LEATHER N STUFF offers one of the most customer-friendly return and exchange policies.

Warranty policy:
1. We offer 1 Year Shoe Warranty,
2. Water damage claim will not be entertained.
3. Shoes will be repaired within 7-10 days in case any issue arises.
4. Delivery will be charged on the sale item.

Exchange and Refund :

1) Shoe size can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. ( ONLY IF NOT USED, Product tag must be with the shoe )
2) Shoe articles can also be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. ( Only if not used, Product tag must be
with shoes )
3) No Return on sale item.
4) Exchange is available on sale items within 3 days of purchase.
5) Delivery will be applied to the sale item.

EASY REFUND POLICY:

* If due for any reason customer wants to return the shoe, 20% of the total charges will be deducted. (e.g: If the price of the shoe is 10,000 rupees then 2000 rupees will be deducted as stated in our refund policy)
* Return is possible only within 3 days of purchase. ( ONLY IF NOT USED, PRODUCT TAG MUST BE WITH SHOES )
* Refund will be made within 7 working days.
BILL IS NECESSARY FOR ANY KIND OF CLAIM
